Return policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product without providing any reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service using the chatbot with their order number. Once the return request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange a product, they must return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos as proof. A replacement or refund will be offered based on availability.
